OUR TEAM
Wade co-founded Keystone Urban Developments in 2010, and is also the Managing Director of the construction division of Keystone Urban Developments.
Wade has a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance and Funds Management from the Queensland University of Technology, and has obtained his own builders licence. During his career in construction, Wade has successfully delivered in excess of 1200 quality homes.

Brendan co-founded Keystone Urban Developments in 2010, and has over 12 years industry experience.
Brendan is a qualified project manager who has worked for Australia’s largest property development company before being tasked with running the project marketing division of Australia’s largest real estate group. Under his leadership, Keystone has completed over $80 million worth of successful developments and Brendan has personally sold more than $500m in new property development projects.

Managing Director
Lee has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years in Australia and more recently in the US. He has extensive sales and channel partner management experience in Australia and Asia, selling Australian and US developments.
Lee has helped to bring millions of dollars’ worth of projects to fruition, including some of Brisbane city’s most iconic landmark buildings.
Lee Wilson
Sales Manager
Belinda has over 13 years’ experience in the industry, working on interior design projects across residential, townhouses, commercial, corporate and holiday apartment developments, specialising in custom kitchens and cabinetry.
She has a Diploma of Interior Technology from the Southbank Institute of TAFE and won the Lloyd Bullock design award in 2005.
